They come in either 3m (10ft) or 6m (20ft) designs and can be customised to suit your requirements.

Fully equipped with checker plate flooring, 75mm thick EPS walls and roof, LED oyster lights, exhaust fans and modern fixtures and fittings.

Our Site Office is the ideal, cost effective and fast solution for that extra space you are constantly looking for – the perfect work area, studio, site office, lunch-room or just a simple backyard bedroom or worker’s accommodation.

Easily delivered to your site, our Utility Units are spacious, but compact with a generous ceiling height of 2.6m, a width of 2.5m, and a length of 5.8m. Offering a clean, open and well-equipped space, comprising over 37 cubic metres, with a footprint of only 14.5 square metres – the Utility Unit is ideal for any back yard or worksite.
